Lucinda is a sought-after barrister who accepts briefs to appear and advise in criminal and quasi-criminal law matters.
Since 2021, she has consistently been recognised by the Doyle’s Guide as one of Victoria’s leading criminal law barristers. In 2024, the Doyle’s Guide recognised her as one of Australia’s leading white collar criminal law and regulatory investigations barristers, with particular expertise in white collar crime, corporate crime and regulatory investigations matters.
Lucinda is regularly briefed in relation to complex state and Commonwealth indictable matters involving sex offences, white collar fraud and dangerous driving. She also appears in and advises in relation to quasi-criminal proceedings, including inquests, professional disciplinary proceedings and inquiries.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Lucinda practised as a solicitor at Galbally & O’Bryan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from the University of Melbourne. She has instructed at Leo Cussen Centre for Law in relation to plea making, and is a member of the VLA Preferred Barrister List. She holds an Indictable Crime Certificate (ICC).
