Erin accepts briefs in criminal, quasi-criminal and intervention order matters.
Erin is an experienced advocate and appears regularly in the summary and indictable jurisdictions in trials, pleas, committals, appeals, bail applications and contraventions.
Erin has a particular interest in matters concerning therapeutic justice. She has extensive experience appearing in the County Drug and Alcohol Treatment Court and County Koori Court and has a strong understanding of the legislative and procedural requirements of these jurisdictions.
Prior to coming to the bar, Erin practised as a senior criminal defence solicitor for 5 years. She appeared on a daily basis in the Children’s, Magistrates’ and County Court.
