Markorius practices predominantly in criminal law matters. He holds the indictable crime certificate and is on the VLA preferred trial barrister’s list.
Since signing the Bar Roll in 2012 Markorius has regularly appeared on behalf of defendants in County Court and Supreme Court trials. He also has a wealth of experience in appellate work, including a number of appearances in the Court of Appeal.
Markorius was admitted into practice in early 2010 soon after attaining his Law and Science Degrees, and has worked in a variety of different legal fields during his early years.
Beyond this Markorius has a wealth of experience in dealing with Intervention Orders and the Review Jurisdiction of VCAT.
