Molly accepts briefs in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, including coronial or investigative hearings and regulatory proceedings.
Before coming to the Bar, Molly was a Senior Associate at Doogue + George. During her four years with the firm, she developed a practice of complex and varied indictable matters. Molly regularly appeared in the Magistrates’, Children’s and County Courts.
Molly also has experience providing written submissions for regulatory and professional disciplinary matters.
Prior to practising as a solicitor, Molly was a Judge’s Associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria.
