Neil’s principal practice is defence work in the area of Commercial Crime. This includes criminal prosecutions, civil penalty and other proceedings arising out of investigations conducted by ASIC, the ATO, the ACCC and other regulatory bodies.
Neil also appears in Royal Commissions, Inquiries and before various disciplinary and domestic tribunals.
